Sixaxis problem : Unable to retrieve local bd_addr from `hcitool dev`.

When I run 'sudo ./sixpair  according to '*
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Sixaxis' then I get:*
Unable to retrieve local bd_addr from `hcitool dev`.
Please enable Bluetooth or specify an address manually.
Any ideas what the problem is or how I do this manually?
