Nautilus Error

OK so far, but what exactly is the problem? Does it not work or are you 
just concerned about the messages? If you use a terminal to start a 
graphical program there are often a lot of messages which can simply be 
ignored. However if something didn't work it could be because you used 
sudo to start a graphical program. Usually graphical programs are 
started with gksudo (or kdesudo if you use KDE) instead. So the command 
should be "gksudo nautilus".
