Firefox and GMail

When you close Firefox, are you ending your Firefox session?  If so, the
only way they can keep you logged in is using a cookie.  So you have to
check when the cookie expires, and whether it's being deleted when
Firefox closes (I have Firefox set to do this for most sites).
