Prefbar provides many more options; ability to turn on/off flash,
javascript, java, cookies, etc., etc. It's the first addon that I
install to any new Fx or SeaMonkey install.

Manuel Reimer - the author has done an excellent job of keeping this up
to date and maintained; even works on my alpha and beta versions of
SeaMonkey.
