These directories contain the modules for the kernels but they are only 
a few MB. Use the command

du -sh /lib/modules/*

to find out how much it is. You really need the directory belonging to 
the kernel you are running now. Therefore you may not delete all of 
them. Furthermore it doesn't make much sense to remove a vital part of 
the kernel if you keep the rest. I would suggest you delete none of 
them but uninstall all the kernels you don't use. And you should also 
uninstall the corresponding headers and restricted-modules packages.
