problem with update

I just tried to wget that file from that location. I got a 404.  That
file isn't there.  Either it's an update that's not been pushed to all
the mirrors yet, OR it's an update that is being superseded by a newer
update that hasn't made it out to the mirrors yet.

(Or, hell, it just may have been removed from that mirror for whatever
reason.)
