I'm not sure, but your device may be using 'NDAS'. What is the model
name/number?
If it is using NDAS, there is a beta driver here:
http://code.ximeta.com/dev/current/linux/
I don't have any NDAS devices, so my helpfulness is at an end - you
might download the tarball and have a look at the README file, as it
seems to be able to mount these types of devices.

PS - It's kindof icky that Trekstor claims linux support but then
