README.Debian contains outdated and confusing text

Package: python-xml
Version: 0.8.4-10.1ubuntu1
Severity: minor

The package appears to be superseded by python itself, so why does it talk about "the new [...] XML package for Python?" The text rambles on about how new and awesome it all is, without ever referring to its outdated status (even in the package description). The only real hint is that all of the packages are installed in the namespace 'oldxml'.
