There are several ways.
1. Install VMWare server (a free piece of software), then install a 
Windows version (XP preferably) on it (just like you do on a "pristine" 
computer) and then install Sibelius (I prefer/use Finale).
2. Instead of VMWare use VirtualBox (you can install it using synaptic). 
ald then follow the steps like for VMWare.
