Write some XSLT that pulls the USB and PCMCIA IDs out of 10-modem.fdi
and correlates those to a table somewhere of vendor and device names
like the pciids stuff.  10-modem.fdi is the authoritative list of
cellular devices supported by NetworkManager.  If it's not in that list,
it's not supported.
