Virtualbox performance issues

Well... I'm going back to 1.6.6 today. I keep having issues with shut
down using 2.0.2. On one machine the guest black screens when shutting
down the guest & maxes out the cpu then never shuts down. On the other
machine it gives green vertical bars instead of a black screen, cpu's
and doesn't shut down. I end up having to kill the vbox process.

Sigh... looks like I'm going to be spending a few hours on the Vbox list
& bug system today.
