Setting up world call wireless in ubuntu!(Pakistan)

I don't think the tutorial website you are looking for exists. Unless 
someone has a solution already, maybe you could ask Saeed Javed to help 
you make his solution work with Ubuntu and worldcall. Or tell us where 
you have problems with that solution, so we can find out what you need to 
do.

I just had a look at that blog and I can tell you at least three things 
which are different for you:

1. You don't need the su command to run the dmesg command.
2. To edit the udev file use this command

gksu gedit /etc/udev/rules.d/026_ti_usb_3410.rules

3, To edit the wvdial file use the command

gksu gedit /etc/wvdial.conf

Now you will have to change the data you enter in this file because it 
seems you have a different provider. These lines should be changed 
according to the data you should have from your provider:

Phone = #777
Username = vwireless at ptcl.com
Password = ptcl

Living in Germany and without the necessary hardware I can't test if that 
works, but hopefully it is a starting point for you.
