How to download Cell BE package

Hello,

I am interested in downloading Cell-BE package which is available in gusty
as mentioned in the
following site:

http://packages.ubuntu.com/gutsy/devel/cell-sdk

How can I install on my machine ? When I use

sudo apt-get install cell-sdk

it mentions that package not found. Can someone help ?
