Sorry it is to early, it is NOT the driver that is wrong but the link in /dev
This is the file to rename and then reboot the system. After that it
should work just fine. Then you can remove the renamed file but not
the new one the computer made on booting.
cat /etc/udev/rules.d/70-persistent-cd.rules
