SOLVED Problems with googleearth package

I have sse2 enabled as seen in the /proc/cpuinfo"

The problem must be someplace else. I will try to install google-earth 
from google and see if that is better (if they have a .deb version: I'm 
more familiar with rpm using fedora for I think 6 years).
