DCD playing problem

I have an up to date 8.04 system that I have just added the repository
discussed in https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Medibuntu to.

Then I did: apt-get install libdvdcss2 and for good measuer I rebooted.
When I insert an encrypted DVD in the DVD drive, I get a popup syaing that
I need to run a shell script to install these libraries. I have done this.
A find for dvdcss finds the following files:

root at boo-boo:~# find / -name \*dvdcss\* -print
/var/lib/dpkg/info/libdvdcss2.postinst
/var/lib/dpkg/info/libdvdcss2.postrm
/var/lib/dpkg/info/libdvdcss2.list
/var/lib/dpkg/info/libdvdcss2.shlibs
/var/lib/dpkg/info/libdvdcss2.md5sums
/usr/lib/libdvdcss.so.2
/usr/lib/libdvdcss.so.2.0.8
/usr/lib/brasero/plugins/libbrasero-dvdcss.la
/usr/lib/brasero/plugins/libbrasero-dvdcss.so
/usr/share/doc/libdvdcss2
/usr/share/services/kaffeine_xine-install-dvdcss.desktop

Yet. I still get the popup, and can't play encrypted DVD's.

What am I doing wrong?
