Thanks for trying that. However, having gone through some analysis steps
(thanks to guidance form this list) I now suspect the file gets to the
Windows spool queue without problem and the problem is likely more to do
with the format of the file that is getting to the printer.
When the file arrives, the priinter appears to prepare itself to prnt,
but then just stops. And from this point unless you clear th queues on
both machines and stop the widnows spooler, delete the files from its
spool directory and restart it, and power cycle the printer itself,
nothing else will print to the printer either.
