Project Desktop save

Hi All,

Are there a way that allow me to save a desktop (i.e. open files, layout of
windows etc.) and then restore this after a boot?

For example, so when I'd like to work on Project One, I restore the Project
One view of Desktop and voila! all your files/windows are ready.

Also my Dell laptop has issues with hibernate so this will allow me to boot
and continue where I left off.
