Well, great that Steve Lamb is a knowledgeable person;
however, his reply to NoOp's response offering help
was just plain rude, rude, rude! Not at all worthy of
someone who offers more help on this list than anyone
of the other well known names.  I, personally, would
have been offended to get a reply like his to my offer
of help.
