No there isn't.

The database should be wherever your pg_hba.conf is - so "locate
pg_hba.conf".  Stock Ubuntu systems will have it in:

/etc/postgresql/VERSION/main/ (where VERSION is 8.2 in my case)
 
The database is then in pgdata/base
