Evolution problem w/multiple dot Mac addresses

I've got a dot Mac/MobileMe account with two email addresses, the
primary one and a secondary.

Evolution downloads email to both addresses when checking for mail. But
I haven't been able to figure out how to set up the program to *send*
from the secondary address. The address doesn't appear in the dropdown
>From menu. 

How do I do it?
