update hangs

I just ran the upgrade on two of my HH boxes. libgksu and libsoup (and
one other that I can't remember off the top of my head). It stuttered
on the replacement of libgksu, but the process was finished in about 2
minutes. Can you try a re-run via commandline?
(sudo apt-get update && apt-get upgrade) and see if the
problem is in the gui?
