Seriously?  Even on F9 that works and it uses Upstart.  Good Lord, so is 
there ANY way to drop to a certain RL from grub WITHOUT having a rescue 
CD?  (Besides, single user mode.)

Wow, Ubuntu really is turning into Windows.
