[OT] documents for the general public need to be generally readable

That's exactly what it is - ignorant.  They just don't know any better.  I
got a .docx from a client a couple of weeks ago, and he had no idea what he
was doing, that was just the default format the latest Word is using.  I
don't even have access to a Windows system that reads .docx files.
