[OT] documents for the general public need to be generally readable

One of the best formats we have for sharing documents is Inkscapes. It
can scale to any size and it can embed bitmap graphics. The only thing
that it can't do in embed spreadsheets. On the other hand if the
spreadsheet output vector graphics then that could work too. Naturally
this ideas has no momentum and will never happen.
