Java removed in Intrepid?

Hi,

I upgraded to Intrepid Ibex a couple days ago. I went to write a java
program and got an error saying:

 javac: command not found

I did a search and found out that I no longer have the java compliler
(javac) for the development kit I was using (java-6-openjdk). I have
never had this kind of problem with Ubuntu upgrades in the past. I
have searched and can't find any information about java on Intrepid.
Does anyone know what is going on here?
