GUI to view all logs ?

    I dunno if it's what you're after, but WebMin allows viewing of 
logs. It's not a dedicated viewer but its capabilities include viewing 
all logs with some filtering of output.

    It might be a bit of overkill for just log reading, since it does 
quite a lot more than that.
