Upgrade to 8.04 and now Xgl is using 95% of CPU

If you are not married to Xgl, you can uninstall it. AFAICT (I don't
know if this is limited to certain cards), the fglrx driver in 8.04
supports the AIGLX extension that is built into xorg.
I am not sure, however, if you need to perform any manual steps to
migrate from Xgl to AIGLX -- did you have to make any changes in
xorg.conf to get Xgl going?
