Getting kismet working

I just upgraded my laptop, and I am trying to get kismet set up on it.
Acording to dmesg I have the following wireless chip:
eth1: Broadcom BCM4311 802.11 Wireless Controller 220.127.116.11
I have set the follwing in /etc/kismet/kismet.conf
But when I try to start kismet I get:
