Okay, I see.
Please try,
 % find /usr/src | grep semaphore

If nothing is there, you'd better install the kernel source.
It is about 65M. Get it by following lines:
 % sudo apt-get build-dep linux-image-$(uname -r)
 % apt-get source linux-image-$(uname -r)

You should have to compile the source to make sure have it configred right.
 % AUTOBUILD=1 fakeroot debian/rules binary-debs
And then copy $(KERNEL_SRC)/linux/include directory to /usr/include/,
and link asm-i386 to asm.
