Should I add this Repo?

Hello,

I found the following repo and was wondering if it's a good idea to add it
to my sources.list:

http://www.debian-multimedia.org/

I understand it is aimed for Debian.

I have Kubuntu 8.04.1 installed...

Just wanted the advice before doing something stupid and breaking my box :-)
