If you use different computers to buid the website and to host it (which
I would recommend, as it makes it much easier to test changes) you can
use sitecopy to synch both. I use it as a command-line tool, but I think
there is a gui version too. It uses some ftp tools for the transfer, but
saves you from all the hassles.
