It seems fro the output below that (a) you have a weird repository
definition file, possibly with redundant entries. Please attach the
file /etc/apt/sources.list. (b) Some of the repositories you have
defined in the file don't work

In general I am not too happy with such a reply. Usually, if the person
who asked a question was able to make a decision about which error
output is important and which is not, (s)he would not have needed to ask
in the first place :)

You don't have a key for this repo. I haven't checked yet what repo this
is (or where its key would be). Maybe you know why you included it?

This is the upstream wine repo. I would not recommend to use it unless
you have a specific reason. Wine in Ubuntu 8.04 is very well maintained,
and the upstream repo is considered unstable. If you want to use it,
though, follow these instructions on the Wine site [1] for the key,
i.e.,  "First, open a terminal window
(Applications->Accessories->Terminal). On Debian, you will need to open
a root terminal. Then add the repository's key to your system's list of
trusted APT keys by copy and pasting the following:

wget -q http://wine.budgetdedicated.com/apt/387EE263.gpg -O- | sudo
apt-key add -"

In general it is a good idea to follow the instruction for repositories
you add.
