The urls pointing to gulus.usherbrooke.ca are highly suspect. I thought the
upgrader always used the "canonical" (pun completely intentional) urls -
ie, pointing to "xx.archive.ubuntu.com" where xx is a country code.
When I naively believed that a ca address would be more efficient for my
needs, I'm pretty sure ca.archive.ubuntu.com was pointing to a usherbrooke
host, but it was highly unreliable (and others here noted that too). But
it appears that mirror has moved, and ca.archive.ubuntu.com now points to
leningradskaya.canonical.com - so naturally if you're finding anything, it
isn't official.

Not that I can see - everything points to "gulus", but hardy, not gutsy
(except for the commented "# deb cdrom:[Ubuntu 7.10 _Gutsy Gibbon_ " for
the cd)
