This line is the key. Without the entry.desktop file, there is no
language support.
Your bug report #280724 is that you can't add the language. The answer
is you can't add a language that does not have an "entry.desktop" file.
The duplicate tag is because the fix for both bugs is to add the correct
"entry.desktop" file for the language.
