as for pandora's jar it has been updated as of late i know i am with the
community that does run that project its a java based server that hones in
on everything and filters out the junk. I have been using it for a while
now. there is now a usable installer app that will do everything you need to
do in a single click as well instead of having to go through all of the
steps to get from point a to z.

there are also alot of new things going on all the time over at
http://www.hak5.org now a revision 3 video podcast. Search the forums for
pandora timeshifting and you will find what you need my friend.
