The Master and Mic are at 100%, I have tried with AGC and Loopback as
MM (muted) and as 00 (I cannot raise them). Same thing: I cannot
record sound with arecord:
$ arecord -D bluetooth -f s16_LE test.wav
Recording WAVE 'test.wav' : Signed 16 bit Little Endian, Rate 8000 Hz, Mono
Warning: rate is not accurate (requested = 8000Hz, got = 44100Hz)
please, try the plug plugin (-Dplug:bluetooth)
I leave that running for a while and make noises into the mic of the
headset, but test.wav has no sound (it is only 44 bytes long anyway).

No change in playback volume.

I will remove that file, reboot, and report back.
