dpkg-reconfigure not doing what I remember

dpkg-reconfigure doesn't re-ask all questions, by default.  I can never
remember wether you need "dpkg-reconfigure -plow"
or "dpkg-reconfigure -phigh" to get all questions, but try the man page :-)
