(OT) apology

I have to stand by my word as I gave it before on the list and publicly 
admit I made a mistake with regards to Res. He did not ban my IP, and it 
was wrong of me to jump to conclusions when I tried emailing him 
previously and it bounced and I made some assertions about him 
recklessly blocking people who simply disagree with him and for that I 
owe an apology.

I stand by my opinions from arguments I've had with him previously but 
in this particular instance I was wrong and hope he'll accept the apology.
