Res wasn't banned from the list nor was I. He's just been quiet lately. 
He banned people from emailing him privately; i.e., it looked like he 
plonked my name so he wouldn't see my "drivel". He's saying I wasn't 
banned, my ISP had a configuration problem and he rejected it thinking 
it was spam.
