And I think someone already pointed to the bug reports:

And suggested as a workaround, use Reykjavik Iceland:
Locations|Add|Europe|Iceland|Reykjavik
and edit to put (UTC) in front of Reykjavik.

Also, you can immediately set your sytem time to those in the dropdown
locations by hovering your mouse to the right of the location and
clicking 'Set'. I've just changed mine to UTC.
