DVD/CDrom eject after RMC

For the developers of Intrepid 8.10:

When I place a disc in the dvd/cdrom player and after a while when I
choose after RMC > Eject volume the CD/DVD comes out AND goes directly
again into the dvd/cdrom player. I cannot pick-up the disc. This is only
possible after manual eject.
To my opinion after RMC > Eject volume the disc should go out AND NOT
directly go in the player again
Maybe this is a small bug and should be repaired. It happens with two
different dvd players in my computer

Which program can I use for showing Video_ts and Audio_TS files, like
normal DVD films. Realplayer 11 and movieplayer doe not pick-up the
files.
