Kinda low-tech, but you can use shell environment variables and run
the clocks in a subshell. Each instance would be in a different time
zone.

Remember those old movies / news shows where they had a bunch of
clocks all in different time zones?

(export TZ=EDT5EST; xclock) &
( eastern time)
