Ubuntu laptops?

It is too bad it doesn't come with Linux, as this way you get to pay M$ a fee
and allow M$ to claim an additional vista sale. That was actually one of the
reasons that I bought a pre-installed Ubuntu laptop from Dell! However, so
far I have not seen a Gateway laptop which doesn't run when you upgrade to
Linux. One that is very nice with Ubuntu is the T-1628 another pastor has.
He dumped vista off of it after a month of fighting with it to connect with
his printer. It also dropped out in wireless every few minutes. None of
that happened with Kubuntu which is what most of the installs around here
use.
