Amazingly Canon (of 'we don't support linux') has a linux driver for
this printer:

<http://support-asia.canon-asia.com/EN/search?canonsearch=1&lang=EN&category=Multifunctional+Printers&series=ImageCLASS&model=imageCLASS+MF4122%2FMF4150&menu=Download>

http://support-asia.canon-asia.com/contents/ASIA/EN/0100093001.html
[bottom of the page - click 'Download' for the UK driver]

Not much info here:
http://www.openprinting.org/show_printer.cgi?recnum=Canon-MF4150
That just points to the Canon page.

Don't get me wrong, I very much like Canon products, I own an MP750; I
just find that their "linux support" is lacking (to say the least), and
therefore am quite surprised to find the drivers. Note that the same
drivers are not available on the Canon US support site (that I can find).
