Firefox shows no windows frame

I have a problem with Firefox on Ubuntu 8.10, when I open it it
appears maximized but without window title, or maybe the window title
is located unde the upper menu panel. If I press F11 (full screen) and
then F11 again (out opf full screen), y comes to it's real size, but
of course I would like to work from the beginning. Any know issue? Any
way to resolve it?
