Bind - one pc,two ips ,two dns servers

Should be possible with a bit of elbow grease.

You will need an alternative named.conf, and you will have to launch the
second bind instance with the -c switch to specify it.  Each named.conf
will have to use modified listen-on and listen-on-v6 (usually found in
the /etc/bind/named.conf.options file. so you will need to create an
alternative for that one as well and redirected the named.conf
replacement to include it instead as well.) so they don't try to bind to
the same interfaces as each other.  Unfortunately, only one can listen
to localhost.

Never tried this, so your mileage will most definitely be your own.
