Well, if it hasn't snaffled them automagically, then it's perhaps
waiting for you to click on that "Import" button. But since the
seahorse-agent manpage says "It also works with the SSH agent to prompt
you for SSH passphrases", it appears, superficially, to leave that to
ssh-agent. Maybe a browse through ~/.gnupg/gpg.conf and the manpages
shown by "man -k gnupg" will throw some general light.

Hey, no worries. We've all been forced into hours of lost productivity,
