Well, if it hasn't snaffled them automagically, then it's perhaps
waiting for you to click on that "Import" button. But since the
seahorse-agent manpage says "It also works with the SSH agent to prompt
you for SSH passphrases", it appears, superficially, to leave that to
ssh-agent. Maybe a browse through ~/.gnupg/gpg.conf and the manpages
shown by "man -k gnupg" will throw some general light.

Hey, no worries. We've all been forced into hours of lost productivity,
due to software "improvements". I'm hanging back comfortably, on 7.10,
and I'm not moving till the early adopters are calm, so I'm relaxed.
