Can you repeat the command in a terminal with correct syntax? It should be

sudo fdisk -l

with lower case L instead of number 1. And if possible paste the output to 
an email because it is easier to read than images. Usually you can mark 
the text in the terminal with your mouse and then insert it to your mail 
with a click on the mouse wheel.
