uqm: README.Debian file missing

The package description says I should be looking for a README.Debian 
file, but no such file comes with package 'uqm'.  I checked package 
'uqm-content' just in case -- not there either.

Steps to reproduce the error:
moses at jomi:~$ wajig show uqm |tail -10
  The Ur-Quan Masters is derived from the classic game Star Control II.
  It includes both the adventure game described above and a fast-paced
  Super Melee.
